I joined Yas Tanzania (then known as Tigo) as a Customer Engagement and Retention Manager, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Over the years, through the organization’s unwavering commitment to employee development, I have grown into the role of Customer Experience and Operations Director.
This transformation has been made possible by the training programs, mentorship, and career growth opportunities consistently offered within the company.
